Management is too saturated, with nearly 8-9 positions ranging from M1 to GM, this is excluding Managing director and similar positions. Pretty nonsensical to have so many deciding on directions, when the amount of ground workers such as engineers and technicians being so little. Workload is also very high as junior managers are quick to drop their technical projects quickly as they have no capacity to handle further, and resource growth is very low. Current lower level employees are then stressed with technical aspects and management of the jobs. Base Salary is also assessed with based on data 5 years ago. Too many managers, too little executioners. It's a place for learning and retirement, but not for sustenance.
