I am sorry you feel as if you have no support. We offer lots of support and resources. We find that some csps are not self motivated enough to work from home so they feel as if they may not have the support from management as they should. We do not threaten anyone as you are a independent contractor and control of your own work. we can only advise that if you miss certification you are not guaranteed that the client will continue your certification. In reality if contractors worked out of the home they would not miss tons of work or be late for work or their employer would fire them. This is the same concept. Many of our certified instructors do give chance after chance to work with individuals on missing. You are absolutely correct , we are apart of Arise. Arise is a BPO processing company and they only do business with Call center owners.
