The managers do not provide ANY direction, they are passive aggressive and they rely on their subordinate for their own work. I would qualify some of them as incredibly stupid I was told that I was going to be trained when in fact no training was provided. Further, I was told that because of my age, I should have the experience necessary to perform various tasks that need a certain level of training. The work environment is very traditional, lacks diversity to a detriment and is high pressure for no reason. I liked most of the work I was doing but the work environment ruined it all. This is not a progressive workplace. They want to keep doing the same thing over and over.
