Management is non-existent or simply allocates "management" tasks among lower level employees and just kicks back. The place is falling apart. Things that are "fixed" are done for auditing purposes, so that the company looks good on paper, but it's just a bunch of band-aids for things that did not need to be fixed in the first place. Things that REALLY need maintenance are not considered or "in the budget." Also, the yearly salary increase is cents, and there are no incentives to work harder or be a star employee. The company claims to be hurting in terms of business, yet brags about company profits during every monthly newsletter. During COVID, business went up 25% in profits, yet our salary increase actually decreased.
