great team, very responsive, very flexible direct management, everyone on my direct team was fantastic

i was only there for a short time and only interacted with my department (museum store) but very few cons! possibly hiring more staff for the sales floor?

The museum is super cool, if you like museums and music. I would go and walk the museum quite a bit and be transported into a musical world for a few moments. The Music Theater gets a lot of really good artists for its size, so the shows really showcase excellent music and performances in a very acoustical correct space.

Unfortunately there has been a large decline in the management. A boss that would sit across from you and not listen to a thing you say and leave, and then come back a few days later to have the same conversation like we never had it. Also for some reason I was a safe place to talk about the pitfalls of my coworkers. It was hard because my coworkers genuinely did a good job at their jobs and helped me in keeping the 320+ shows in the space going. I had to keep the comments of a boss to myself as not to rock the boat.
