The company did not follow MOM guidelines to include Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) into the employees' letter of employment although the HR told verbally the staff that the company will pay them AWS. The business owners do not get along and terminate employees without proper reason and investigation. HR just follow the whim and fancy of business owners to keep their job, do not do proper investigations and just terminate staff without bothering to hear what the employees said. The business owners and HR staff also told lies in court to avoid paying AWS to employees. In the end, the Employment Claims Tribunal ordered the company to pay back AWS to employees.
