Leadership felt extremely disorganized throughout my time there. Decision-making was inconsistent and often driven more by personal relationships than by what was best for the company. There is a noticeable amount of nepotism - friends and family members of leadership appear to receive privileges and protections that regular employees do not. How do you lay off key staff who actually contribute to the day to day operations but keep your mom and in law who have no clear responsibilities or impact. Selfish people running the company.
