Company that is genuinely invested in helping participants . Supportive team leaders .Varied and interesting role. Can be challenging working in the NDIS ever changing space but if you like feeling like you can make a difference beats other phone based role hands down

Could do with more staff but are actively recruiting .

Good work/life balance - opportunity to work face to face in office with great location and facilities, or work from home with company supplied equipment. Approachable management team that acts on internal and external company feedback on processes, IT updates, role responsibilities and changes, Small number of non-complex systems required to do the job - don't need to learn 100 different programs. Great culture and atmosphere - everyone working in the company is there because they want to make a difference to Australians on the NDIS.

More complex than other Contact Centre Roles. Requires you to think, interpret data and look for answers to questions rather than just reading a response off a script. Customer Service role not suited to anyone who is just looking to parrot back answers off a script.
