Generous salaries, commission structure, and flexible work arrangements which is amazing for those of us with families. Most of us have been with the company for years.

      Very interesting work, good product, great people. You're helping people find a job, and helping employers find the best job candidates, so you couldn't ask for a more fulfilling mission. Also, the average employee has been with the firm for 7-8 years, so there's incredible loyalty.

      Very rapidly changing environment, with new projects coming fast and furious. Not necessarily a negative, but can be bit overwhelming at times.
