Vantaggi
I worked there for approx. 8 months and still find it difficult to come up with more than one pro. The only pro i could see was the fun between lower ranked staff members. Everyone had a mutual dislike of the "Management" and the Directors to be more precise. So it made it slightly less difficult to come in everyday knowing you weren't the only one finding them unbearable to work for.
Svantaggi
Ok, Where to start... Below is my honest and unbiased view of the company. - Incompetent Directors - Management that are unscrupulous and at times hard to work for but that can almost be excused as they are regularly under an intense work load from the notoriously work shy Directors and CEO. - Water damaged office in Victoria that makes it a day to day challenge to be there not to mention detrimental to your health! - Director pays family members salaries that don't work for the company but refuses to pay honest, hardworking staff higher wages. Most staff are on a basic of 17K with extremely high / unrealistic targets. - CEO routinely abuses staff members to the extent of them either quitting under the strain or getting fired due to not reaching the unrealistically high standards that the management set but couldn't even adhere to themselves. - Scapegoating is a regular occurrence. - High turnover of Staff. - Illegal and immoral invasion of staff privacy. - HMRC regularly sent debt collectors to the Victoria office. - Verbal abuse form the CEO to almost everyone. - Last minute firings - They fired the entire cleaning team in one afternoon and had no one to clean their offices or fulfill client cleaning obligations. - Absolutely no culpability from Directors for any failings of the company. Property Managers blamed for the firing of the cleaning team - Words mentioned by the CEO in a company meeting were "The Cleaners tears are on your hands for not selling their services". - Extremely unfair pay scales. Directors earn anywhere from 60K up to 150K while regular staff members are on a basic of approx. 17K. - When ex staff put honest reviews on Glassdoor the company directs their legal team to take action to find out who the person is that wrote the review. To my knowledge Glassdoor have not yielded as of yet. - Broken Promises: Staff members promised that they will help with Visa renewals with no follow up meaning staff have had to leave the U.K. - Any suspicion of outgoing staff is met with deep investigations into them including the contracting of an external company to scan their PC (Company PC) and try to find anything they can. They were once asked if they could "Get the personal email address and password if it was singed into on a work machine" I left a good honest and professional company to work for My London Home and while i learned a lot about dealing with difficult people and standing on my own two feet professionally i wouldn't recommend anyone to go working for them. Please heed my advice.
