Semi-flexible hours. Tiered sales team bonus. Casual dress days. Food and outings paid for by Owners. Good parking. Friendly co-workers when the Owners are not around. Lap top for use. Co-workers worldwide (virtual).

Svantaggi

Poor benefits - Covered up with an offset of higher pay. Funnels benefits through their other Real Estate business. Job expectations do not meet job descriptions or pay scale. Owners are not on the same page and don't work well together. Owner/CEO D. Ramsey is volatile and makes many unethical business decisions - Not to be trusted. Legally questionable business practices - Especially when it comes to HR and financial issues. Does not follow their company values. No formal on-boarding - Sink or swim practices. Fictitious team environment. Hinders future career growth and opportunites

I really do think if you're looking to set up somewhere for the long haul and grow professionally, this is the place. Lots of opportunity here for self development. CEO is great, but can come off as intimidating to some people.

- Health benefits were good - Strong culture of work/life balance - Good people working here, your peers will be enjoyable - Solid investment in tools and technology in an effort to improve

- If you can avoid interacting with the CEO you'll be fine. However, if you're in sales it will be a common occurrence and you're dealing with a textbook narcissist. Despite his sales methodologies still stuck in pre-2000 he will take a position of subject matter expert. Have fun being a part of his videos; he constantly is having himself videoed to create content. Wants so bad to be influential. - Unrealistic goals that are based on what the CEO hopes we'll do. Not data driven. - Failure to staff appropriately and/or delegate. There is a massive logjam at Sr. Leadership. So many simple tasks remain their hands, that just shouldn't. - They don't hire you to bring in your experience. They bring you in to reinforce their current (backwards) standards. Don't bring ideas or innovation.
