Excellent Place to everyone start their career with Mytech Global, The support from higher management as well as from Leads are really appreciable. Mytech provides all essential access to the employees for their growth. You grow with the company. A great place to work in overall.

Communication needs to be improved between various departments inside the organization, which is required for overall growth of the company. Decision making and implementation process is Very slow. Management won't support cultural activities, Celebrations and Events.

I recommend the jobseekers to Mytech because I am very happy working in Mytech as an organization. Here the teams are very supportive and prompt in responses.... They guided me properly at the time of hiring and they did what they have committed. I worked in Bangalore at a client place . They are pretty clear about the projects at the end client.

Only thing I suggest is to move the payroll day from 5th to early dates and changes in their leave policy....
