      Toxic culture - reason for stress and anxiety Keep making trackers while forgetting the track of your personal life Late hours expected, flexible timing is a gimmick and work load doesn't allow you to leave on time 5 days working policy introduced without official statement, hybrid working is again a gimmick Low increments with explanation - war situation, job market situation ( indirectly saying , there are no jobs in the market) Attrition rate is extremely high, no effort to retain anyone. Every week atleast 2 farewells. Silent layoffs ykik Once in a lifetime - you wouldn't want to come back
