Amazing benefits and a culture that comes from the top down.

Not too many cons, other than the risk of the culture eroding with the rapid growth.

Small enough to be flexible, large and experienced enough to execute extremely well. White glove customer service, excellent benefits and company culture. It's not often you find an organization where so many of the team are willing to do whatever it takes to help a client and execute a project.
