If you are on idle, the Time Doctor will deduct on your time automatically! Way to micromanage peeps! No O.T. and Undertime will go unnoticed! - Company Outlook, not so stable, anytime it will just fall down on the ground. - Management will just ignore the problem with their company. Management won't be transparent given they will remove you in 1 day they think about it! - Work-Life Balance, not so much! You can't leave your desk given they have Time Doctor that deducts time even when you do a little chore in the side.
