- Lots of perks, like fully stocked kitchen for food and drink - Catered lunch once a week for full office, and lunch provided to certain departments on shoot days - Multiple extra company-wide days off for holidays - Ability to have bonding outings with department - Work Bingo for prizes - Great staff/coworkers/energy between coworkers - COL raises every year

- Most positions require employee to wear multiple hats - Barely any room for negotiation/advocating for your worth - Seems to be a disconnect between higher ups and other employees
