Working at NTV360 has been such a fantastic experience! This is my first full-time role out of college, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to land. The team here is so encouraging and kind, and has allowed me to learn so much! Being able to help small businesses is such a rewarding experience.

Attention to detail is huge in a client facing agency role, so be prepared to think and work hard.

The company culture is amazing! I am genuinely happy when I come to work and talk to my co-workers. The team is all very hard working people who value their career growth and care about their clients. The company is growing so fast and there are multiple areas of growth too. Outside of the team, the work we do is fun, creative, and really matters for the clients. We work with small to medium businesses typically and you can feel the impact you have! The company also does quarterly team building events like white water rafting or team BBQs. We have 2 WFH Fridays a month and flexible PTO. Plus, we get catering any Friday we work in office.

The company has high expectations for employees so we look for go getters and people who work hard. It's definitely not the place for someone just looking for something easy. It's a place for someone looking to work hard and build their career. You'll want to be ready for a fast paced environment.
