- Decent pay -Interesting work but after a year it gets boring

- Sexist & highly inappropriate management: comments on appearances & how much consultants smile (women) - no HR presence in the USA, the HR team in Europe is highly inappropriate - no understanding of culture differences in the workplace in the USA versus Europe. - work 12 hour days, no overtime, bonuses impossible to be given in full regardless of met objectives - the bonus structure is HIGHLY subjective & based upon politics - when announcement of resignation, there is copious amounts of gossip, no HR exit interview. HR laughed in my face when I told them how I was treated. - Management is overly focused on revenues, only cares about billability in employees - Lack of diversity & inclusion, had to be included in the "values" after the USA team held a series of meetings to educate HR & management on the importance. - Overall an extremely negative experience. I would not recommend this place of work for anyone.

This company talks a big game about diversity but doesn’t back it up. They’ve been firing a lot of employees of color and women in the U.S. office, which doesn’t exactly scream "inclusive." The benefits are terrible, especially for new parents. If you're a dad you're not entitled to full pay for your parental leave in the US—just state-sponsored paternity leave, nothing more. On top of that, there’s no HR team in the U.S., and the HR reps in Belgium who support the US office are a joke. They're unprofessional and can't be trusted with any confidential information. One HR rep gossips about people’s medical info around the office while the other is getting body shots taken off of her at company parties. To top it off, senior leaders are quitting in droves, which makes the whole place just feel unstable. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this company. It’s toxic and literally- a pile of burning garbage.
