There are a lot of things discussed in the job description that aren't followed through on: they say that the working model is built on trust and flexibility, but that ends up meaning "flexible enough to be on call 24/7." Training provided was non existent but you are expected to know things you should have been trained on, and management is not respectful of personal life. Personally, I found that this got worse and worse during my time at the company. They speak a lot about culture, but their actions don't end up matching that and it creates a less than ideal situation
