      - In case your project is finished, you won't be in the "bench" in case there's no other project at the moment - No salary increase - It is quite hard to get promoted

      HHRR are very nice & supportive.. which is the only thing worth at the company

      Management is crazy and has lost direction. Delivery is pretty bad; different teams cannibalise to get projects. I had never seen something like that... I don't recommend it. If sales fail to get new projects, you'll be fired next month. No bench at all.
