N2N is by far one of the best places I have worked at. The management there knows how to make each individual feel like they are a part of something big and important, no matter their task. They are very open and understanding as well as always asking for employee feedback and how they can excel as a company. I would say the work environment is family oriented and everyone knows each and every worker. N2N knows how to have a great time working while still getting down to business and pursuing their tasks. I had such a great time working here and definitely would recommend others to work for this company. If it wasn't for going back to school, I never would have left this job and will definitely reapply next summer! I am grateful for everything this company has taught me and left a positive mark on my career journey.

The hours sometimes would be inconsistent but they do warn the employees ahead of time.

N2N offered a very flexible schedule in order to work around my summer classes, which was great for a college student. Management taught me a lot about the services they provide and gave me a full experience of their daily work. They really challenged me with various tasks and was very open to teaching me from the basics. The company really fosters a family oriented team and is very good about encouraging and promoting personal and career growth. Management is also very good about team building activities and events. Overall, it is a comfortable and friendly environment with great employees.

Because most of the work is contract based, it can get slow. Due to N2N still being in its start up stage, the administrative process is not as structured and formal.
