- Boys club mentality - No real onboarding training. They expect you to know how they work despite never having worked there. There will be no clear expectations until you do something wrong, at which point you get in trouble, but still aren't told what they actually want. - There are areas that are unsafe to work in, but the management is uninterested in fixing these areas since they don't feel people work there enough to fix it.
