Flexible hours and Metro card program most holidays were acknoledged, great co-workers and supervisors. Staff appreciation programs.

Svantaggi

Quotas were a problem for most staff and in many aspects unrealistic, clients were not serviced well. Lots of cronism. Not much diversity in management.

None. Even though I worked remotely at the time, I was constantly getting micromanaged.

Under -paid, severely. They made me jump through hoops just to get the job, all to end up paying me $21 an hour. This was supposed to be a transitional role and it was a waste of time . I have a BA , am fluent in both Spanish and English , but still wound up getting $21 an hour ( which I had to fight for), and was doing the job of multiple people from what it seemed.
