Staff are extremely dedicated to our mission. My colleagues have also shown tremendous resiliency and determination especially during the last few years of the pandemic, adapting quickly to remote schedules and maintaining services. Management also clearly cares about us and is vested in our professional development. I'm proud to be at NADAP for over 3 years and know many of my peers feel the same.

NADAP does so much for so many and because of all the different kinds of health care and employment services and programs it is sometimes challenging to fully appreciate the impact and difference my peers in different units than mine are undoubtedly making. I also look forward to the opportunity to reunite as one company in person at future post pandemic events.

None. Even though I worked remotely at the time, I was constantly getting micromanaged.

Under -paid, severely. They made me jump through hoops just to get the job, all to end up paying me $21 an hour. This was supposed to be a transitional role and it was a waste of time . I have a BA , am fluent in both Spanish and English , but still wound up getting $21 an hour ( which I had to fight for), and was doing the job of multiple people from what it seemed.
