- Complete lack of teacher support - Borderline zero discipline or consequences for students who misbehave - Teacher critique in place of support - Class culture is terrible - Staff and Admin have been disrespectful and passive aggressive - Almost all behavior issues that should be handled by administration are deemed "classroom management issues" and blamed on teacher
