-Managed very poorly, and no one takes responsibility for their mistakes, they just blame it on the help -Communication skills are to be desired, so many issues could have been resolved by people talking to one another rather than seemingly having their head in the clouds -Very poor Human Resources: Several employees were harassed on a daily basis only to have HR "hush" the issue, rather than terminate the actual cause of it -If they want to save money, they demote or fire you, for no actual reason other than made up issues, of which they never actually discuss with the terminated employee
