belittled by management... huge turnover since 2011. i would say 55-60%. every other week someone leaves and someone is hired. it is run like a tight shop here. cameras installed in the bank. not allowed to really converse with anyone or else you will be scolded. not allowed to hang outside the building. not allowed to be 1 minute late or leave one minute early even if you come into work 20 minutes to a half hour early. almost no overtime at all. people leave and you ar estuck doing their job and your managers. no raise or bonus and they reduce your hours to add insult to injury.
