Outstanding place to work! - Recensione dipendente - Director of Operations presso NCC Data

I started work for NCC Data September of 2012 when I was recruited and the company has been like a family to me ever since. It is a great work place that provides you the best environment to learn and get better. All the management is excellent, from the higher tier engineers to the VPs and the President of the company are amazing cooperative people and very helpful and understanding. I consider myself very lucky to be a part of NCC family and thank god for providing me this opportunity to grow in the industry with every day.

Honestly, it might be a lot of work but I cannot think of any cons or disadvantages at this moment.

Management that cares - The VP of Operations really took care of me and insured any concerns i had were addressed and taken care of. Acknowledge Talent - NCC truly acknowledge those who are excelling in the field and provide learning opportunities to further their knowledge. -Transparency - Management is very transparent when asked the more deflected questions by other companies. If you have questions they are happy to answer.

PTO - PTO during my time was fairly limited and left room for desire. Working from home offset this alot however. Limited short term promotions - With the company being on the smaller side its an amazing place to start. However its harder to fast track to the top if your ahead of others in your field due to promotional constraints.
