Harland Clarke didn't know NCP had one foot in the grave. CEO has no vision, sales oriented and no idea about what is going on the technology side and completely ignores and ignorant to the fact that technology is the bread and butter for the company. Management has to realize that no matter how good the sales guy is if the product is not good it's hard to sell the product and retain new customers or maintain existing customers satisfaction. Number of wrong people in the wrong positions (most shocking to see people in some positions, didn't know how they got there ) and in the process easily ignores the hardworking crew.
