Internships are great opportunities that give hands on experience, Lots of great people to work with.

Split has been difficult to navigate.

Work independently. Get a company van and dispatch from home. Great schedule with holidays and weekends off.

Pay could be a little higher. Surprise calls can take you 2 hours away from home anytime during your shift. Sometimes dispatchers can be biased. The better you get as a technician, the dispatchers tend to pick on you more which can be stressful. Some support team members don’t care that you are in bad weather or bad area. They just want you to get the job done
