      - Un professionalism - You will feel as if you are working in an environment of shop where lots of grocery prople are sitting around having competition in selling not their expertise but lickering their management to get at the top. -Managers doesn’t have any idea about management, they just know to blame others and take credit. -Everytime process gets change and if you don’t follow they will remove employee without giving any valid reason. -No growth, its like wasting your career
