Good pay and friendly workers.

Small company, some people might not like that.

Some of the trainings were genuinely helpful for those starting out in the field.

There was no discipline for the girls when they acted out inappropriately. Supervisors seemed very passive and were more for placating the girls rather than teaching them appropriate behaviors. When a girl assaulted a staff member, there was minimal debriefing that followed.
