Love the culture and bosses

I don’t like the work

Relaxed work environment, fun parties and events. Some really good people

No room for career development unless you are friends or kiss up to ownership or higher level. Since most of them are related or close friends. Push a good culture vibe but they have really moved away from that. Very “woke” culture now. Guidance is ok some managers don’t know what they are doing and people in higher up positions who have never done staffing and know nothing about the work. Also no loyalty. Have fired multiple people who do great work just to higher an intern who will do the work for less. Have fired people there close to 10 years for no reason. Used to brag about their low turn over and now people quit or get let go constantly. Diversity and inclusion is a 5 star but they have been hiring based on that and not based on being qualified for the job.
