Innovative Environment: You work with the latest technology and ideas. Supportive Team: Your coworkers are helpful and supportive. Career Growth: There are many chances to grow and advance in your career! Especially if you want to work for a start-up company. Diverse: Better diverse than I expected. This makes sense since it is a relatively new company(founded in 1977)

- Staff take forever to reply to emails - Constant deadlines after deadlines - Frequent, long Zoom calls that could be summarized into 5-minute emails! - Long work hours so the job does NOT have a good work-life balance - Many staff members are in different time zones so scheduling meetings is very annoying
