Upper leadership is not inspiring to focused on buzzwords and feel good initiatives. Organization is still tied to the Emerson brand and rules. Relies on Emerson Automation Solutions for innovative products, which it does on;y by innovation by acquisition. The benefits are expensive, for the value you could find better solutions. ESOP program is more of a scam that benefits leadership. The vesting schedule to the employee is a disadvantage.
