Neoris - the consulting services is going great guns winning several projects and maintaining a good run here in INDIA with almost 100% billability. EXCELLENT!! Work Life Balance is excellent as they provide remote facility whenever required. Infrastructure is too cool keeping in mind, they have just started here!! Now, I was going through some reviews, and I find it strange where some one mentioned as employees, we are getting only 7 Holidays in a calendar year,, but the actual figure is 9 official Holidays apart from 21 Earned Leaves and 7 Casual Leaves + 7 sick Leaves--- The total count is (21 +7 + 7 + 9 )=44!!! EXCELLENT again. And one more point, someone here in their reviews mentioned, Neoris does not provide any medical insurance, which is not correct. In Fact, they provide the best medical insurance policy which covers, self, immediate family(Spouse + Children), Parents or in Laws as well. TOO GOOD!!! Never ever there is any Salary deficit which shows, the Management is professional at their work. Onsite opportunities are available as well, depending upon the work as mostly in IT companies, but the best part is even for KT they send people onsite just to make sure there is no cultural difference between two teams sitting in two different regions!!! Great INITIATIVE!! If you guys are looking for some good work and opportunities, you need to come to NEORIS.

As we all know, imperfections are part of every organization so it takes time to get it perfect. As requested by someone, get some HR people, they have also fulfilled that, which shows they review everything and work for it as well. NO CONS for me but a request, do not put up fake reviews!!
