Does Not Pay Staff - Recensione dipendente - Solutions Architect presso NETDepot

William Souder and the NetDepot team foster an atmosphere of distrust in their staff. Video cameras are required on every call due to their lack of trust in their staff. Worst of all, they are willing to not pay their contracts for their full hours worked. I am escalating their lack of payment to me to court. What kind of company has to be sued by their employees, so they can get paid?? In addition to that, they don't have any real in-house engineering talent. All their software is white label/OEM. There is nothing unique about their offerings.
