      A management team that offers a lot of support to employees. This company is successful because it chooses to put its employees first.

      Have to be willing to work various hours of the early morning and nighttime. This is a minor con, but worth mentioning since international business requires one to have a flexible schedule and worth a lot of hours.

      1-Communication gaps between department. (no one knows) 2-Inconsistent management styles across regions. (Every day keep changing, CEO go to sleep wakes up with a new idea and we have to try it. majority of the time its a disastor. 3-Training and career development can be reactive.(good luck) 4-High turn over. my entire office quit including the VP. 5-Yearly bonus supposed to be 10k you end up with $2500 or $3000 Work / Life balance
