Please treat us with humanity. This is our first job. Give us some time to adapt in the environment. We are not robots. Also, I could see a comment mentioning about the SMB recruiter. We all recruiters were able see from our places what’s was going on inside the cabin . Reduce your calls and focus on work. Do not give wrong impressions to us because what we see is what we say
