Great attitude from co-workers. Excellent benefits and salary

Lack of forward vision at the C-level. There is a shoot from the hip mentality that confuses and frustrates associates. There is no continuity from one day to the next and everything is a knee jerk reaction. Seems to have gotten worse with new COO.

Some good employees within the organization that really want to see the company succeed.

Management has no clue what they are doing. They all slid into positions as a result of the former CEO doing the hiring for a business he knew nothing about. Anything less than a complete corporate level overhaul, the company is dead in the water.
