Started off nice... - Recensione dipendente - Customer Assistant presso NEXT

Managers sitting in the office everyday doing nothing but moan at us. You get told you're a Team Coach but then the retract it for no reason. They pretend to be there for you when they are only saying it to make you feel better about themselves. They cut hours like mad which means less pay for you. Most of them look down on you. They only care when one of their best friends leaves the company and make a big deal about it, even if they're lazy. You can work your butt off and they'd still find something to moan at. All the managers care about is themselves and the CEV visits. Awful company to work for. May seem welcoming at first, but overall, it really isn't. Full of false hope.
