Met some nice people but not very good at all - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso NEXT

Only started with a 4 hour contract which was later changed to 3. Rude, nasty staff and badly managed by a manager that was later sacked. Not much chance to progress away from stockroom assistant. Everyone in their own cliques. Horrendous sale periods especially summer and Christmas with a lot of theft and angry,stressed customers. No time allowed off and often people approaching 18 were told their contracts ran out so they didn't have to pay more. Soul destroying.
