I have met so many new people working here. Most of who I will stay in touch with once I have left. The discount is also a pro. I really enjoy seeing customer satisfaction too although this is mostly down to you as an individual rather than the company.

No appreciation from management for how much you do. Working here can be tough, especially during sale periods. You could work your hands to the bone through a late shift without as much as a thank you. Staff can be made to feel replaceable and this isn't a good relationship to have with a company.
