Disgusted that next allow the boss to treat us like dirt - Recensione dipendente - Team Member presso NEXT

So so toxic!!!!! Lots of gossiping and back stabbing. I’ve seen multiple people in tears because of a certain manager. During my first week the boss had a go at me for not knowing what I was doing. She told me I was too slow and to move faster. It was my second shift!!!! The customer l was serving at the time gave me a small smile, but she was also clearly embarrassed by the managers behavior. The manager expects you to know everything and doesn’t care about us staff. Constant critcal comments. I’ve not been with next long. I’m looking at other jobs so I can leave next as I’m feeling really anxious coming into work. Avoid working here if you can. At this point being homeless and penniless would be better than working here
