Nothing Honestly, the only “pro” is that you get a paycheck at the end of the month.

• Pay is terrible. We’re on minimum wage, and even the cleaners are paid 5 pence more than us. • Breaks and lunches are run like the military – strict, timed, and not at all humane. • Zero care for employees’ mental health. If you’re struggling, management just tells you to “deal with it.” • If you try to go the extra mile or help the company, you get punished instead of appreciated. They truly don’t care about you. • Forced overtime isn’t explained properly, and when it happens you basically have no choice. You even have to fight for your own holidays. • They expect you to work at lightning speed, but their outdated and slow system makes it impossible
