Vantaggi
-Speaks for itself: you get to work for the NFL. -Excellent benefits which are (usually) easy to access or change. -Opportunities to work on Hollywood-grade shoots and events, if you can get them.
Svantaggi
-Laughable lack of opportunities for advancement. The upper brass is more concerned with protecting the interests of the NFL's billionaire owners than offering stable employment to talented, hardworking, and passionate people. -Every new position that becomes available is either seasonal or part-time, squashing the majority of opportunities to build a career. Queries related to transitioning departments or upgrading job responsibilities are met with ambivalence or gatekeeping. -Very cliquey with lots of division between departments. I've lost count of the number of times I've needed help from another department and either never got an answer or was met with confusion. -Higher-ups are completely disconnected from the needs of their employees. Internal improvements feel invisible at times. -The quality of technology is incredible in some of the "marquee" departments, but sorely lacking in others.
