Thanks for the review. We’re working hard to build NFP’s people centric culture. Bringing up a new HRIS isn’t easy, but we’re getting there. Thanks for your patience.
Promotions are surface level and not a lot of actual experience driven, resources lack, communication lack, decisions are driven by capitalism and not customer focused
