Pays less than $60k Poor training structure No work/life balance The work is not parallel to the salary offered You cannot take off during Quarter End (1/31,3/31, 6/30, 9/30, and 12/31) - Most people loose PTO offered due to not being able to take time off. The overall culture is more along the lines of the 'segregation' period.
