(Writing about India office) - Work environment not at all professional. - All the control is centralized in the hands of a single person i.e. the director. - The director acts like ring master of a circus and believes in unnecessary bossing all the time. - No proper channels to raise your concerns. - No respect towards the employees, no matter how hardworking/sincere you are, you'll be always disrespected and mistrusted. - No extra activities/facilities for employees. - Loads of false promises by higher management. - No written/well documented policies, company rules/policies keep changing as per the director's wish. - No standard processes followed for day to day work. - Company believes in Hire and Fire policy.
