Completely behind the times in so many ways which used to be endearing but is a huge frustration as they expect perfection and unrealistic productivity. Like turning up at a Formula one race in a Tractor and expected to win. Working from home policy is a complete nonsense. Don't expect to have any say in it unless you are in Head Office. Regional Service Centres - Avoid! It has become a sweatshop for overworked undervalued staff. Micromanaged. Lacks respect to experienced staff. ( Bristol especially) Staff morale in RSC's is rock bottom. There has been a lot of staff off with work related stress. Agent's Insurance knowledge is shocking in places and they  get away with too much. The gallop survey results are  questionable ( see other reviews)
